Aaron Eugene DeMay, 29 of Prophetstown, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.

Aaron was born on May 1, 1992 in Geneseo, the son of Steve G. DeMay and Linda L. (Bohm) DeMay. He graduated from Annawan High School, Class of 2010. Aaron loved working on the family farm and tending to the livestock. He enjoyed the outdoors and going hunting. Aaron loved his dogs, Sammy and Ginger. His sense of humor and big heart will be missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his parents; Steve DeMay of Prophetstown and Linda DeMay of Tampico; his fiancé, Michelle Wells; and his brother, Steve DeMay Jr (fiancé, Jessie Barks) of Wyoming, IL.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at the Garland Funeral Home in Walnut. Memorial service will follow at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his memory.
