Beverley G. Dahl

Beverley G. Dahl, age 79, of Walnut, Illinois passed away Monday, June 8, 2015 at her home.
Beverley was born October 7, 1935 in Kewanee, Illinois, the daughter of Carroll and Edith (Gustafson) Purdy. On February 7, 1955 she was united in marriage to Kenneth Earl Dahl, Jr. in Corwith, Mississippi. He preceded her in death on January 22, 1989. She worked at Harper- Wyman in Princeton for several years.
She is survived by one daughter, Kendra (James) Yohnka of Walnut, Illinois, three grandchildren, Carolyn Joy Sleiff, James K. Yohnka and Konnor W. Yohnka; two great- grandchildren, Reanna and Devin Slaight; one sister, Carolyn (Ronald) Kern of Bloomington, Illinois and numerous nieces and nephews.
Beverley was preceded in death by both parents, her husband, one son, George, one daughter, Rosemarie, one sister, Karen and four brothers, Harold, Edward, William and Kenneth.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 12, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Garland Funeral Home in Walnut, with Russell Roberts officiating. Burial will take place in Walnut Cemetery.
