Charles W. Adams Jr.

Charles W. Adams Jr, 75, of Davenport, IA, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 26, 2026, at Harmony Utica Ridge in Davenport, IA.

Charles was born December 28, 1949, in Princeton, the son of Charles Sr. and Ida Mary (Chriest) Sr. He lived on the farm near Tampico and attended Tampico schools. He enlisted in the US Marine Corp in 1973. He was employed as a truck driver for many years. Charles loved fishing and camping.

Survivors include one daughter, Amy Adams, of Geneseo; his siblings, Paul Adams, of Tampico, Joyce Spencer, of Walnut, Jeff Adams, of Tampico, and Patti Buerklin, of Robinson, IL; and two grandsons.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; and aunts and uncles.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Private services will be held at a later date.
