TAMPICO – David M. Adams, 62 died Sunday November 14, 2021 at Rock River Hospice & Home in Sterling.

He was born on April 20, 1959 in Princeton, IL the son of Robert Eldon and Velma Eileen (Connelly) Adams. He attended Tampico Grade School and a graduate of Newman Central Catholic High School in Sterling. He was employed at Frantz Manufacturing in Sterling. He married the former Jennifer Wakenight on June 4, 2006.

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer; his children: Rylan Adams, Lucas (Emily) Adams, Skye Adams and Emma Adams; his brothers: Robert (Mary) Adams, Douglas (Brenda) Adams, Michael Adams, Gregory Adams, Francis (Laura) Adams; his sister Marjorie (Jay) Saathoff.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother William Edward Adams and his sister Jul E. Adams-Watkins.

Visitation will be Friday November 19, 2021 from 10-11 AM at the Garland Funeral Home in Tampico. The funeral will follow at 11 AM at the funeral home with the Reverend Richard M. Russo, pastor of St. Mary Catholic Church in Tampico officiating. Burial will conclude at St. Mary Cemetery.
