David C. Tompkins

David C. Tompkins, 69, of Rock Falls, died on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at The Citadel of Sterling. David was born May 29, 1954, in Sterling, the son of David and Shirley (Franks) Tompkins.

Survivors include two brothers, Dale (Rhonda) Tompkins, and Paul (Penny) Tompkins, all of Tampico; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Dale Clevenger, of Sterling.

David was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, John Tompkins.

Visitation will be held at 10:00am on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Garland Funeral Home in Tampico. Funeral service will follow at 11:00am, with Pastor Dalmus Meeks officiating. Burial will conclude at Tampico Memorial Cemetery.
