Deborah A. Erickson

 Deborah A. Erickson, age 58, of Walnut, IL died Wednesday October 14, 2015 at Heritage Manor in Walnut.
Deb was born on December 6, 1956 in Princeton, IL, the daughter of Douglas and Mary (Cassidy) Lowdermilk. She was united in marriage to Gary Erickson on December 20, 1980 in Ohio, IL. Deb was employed at the Walnut Manor Nursing Home/Heritage Manor for 20 years. She also worked with Special Olympics for several years.
She is survived by her husband Gary Erickson of Walnut, IL; one son Chris (Jennifer Hoffman) Erickson of Tiskilwa, IL; one brother David ( Cindy) Lowdermilk of Princeton, IL; two sisters Denise (Paul) Johnson of Princeton, IL; Diane Mossner of Kewanee, IL and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation rites were accorded. A memorial service will be held Friday October 16, 2015 at 4 p.m. at the Garland Funeral Home in Walnut, with the Revs. Laura Root and Lisa Bloome of the First Church of the Nazarene in Princeton, IL officiating. A time of sharing will be held on Friday from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Garland Funeral Home. A memorial has been established to Heritage Manor. Condolences may be sent to: www.garlandfuneralhome.com.
