Della Lorraine Hornbaker

Della Lorraine Hornbaker, 92, of Tampico, and formerly of Chicago, died on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at her home.

Lorraine was born July 4, 1933, in Polo, the daughter of Glen and Esther (Rucker) Livingston. She married Edward Hornbaker on October 21, 1950, in Rock Falls. He preceded her in death on March 3, 1979. Lorraine was a lifelong Cubs fan.

Survivors include her children, Gary (Vikki) Hornbaker, Ron Hornbaker, all of Brookfield, Barb (Jim) Biba, of Prophetstown, Julie Marcinkiewicz, of Tampico, and Edward (Nicole) Hornbaker, of Montgomery; daughter-in-law, Gail Hornbaker; former daughter-in-law, Sherry Hornbaker; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Michael Hornbaker; brothers, Walter, Richard, and Kenneth Livingston; and 2 grandchildren, Michael and Tracy Hornbaker.

Private family services will be held.
