Walnut, IL James D. Heaton, age 51, of Walnut, Illinois died Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton. Jim was born on June 22, 1964 in Princeton, Illinois, the son of Donald and Anna (DeWaele) Heaton. He was united in marriage to Angela Cassidy on September 25, 1999. He worked at Walnut Custom Home in Walnut. Jim was a member of the Walnut Community Bible Church, Happy Hookers Fishing Club and enjoyed being with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Angela Heaton of Walnut, Il; one daughter Jamie Lynn Heaton; one son James Donald Heaton both of Walnut, Il: his mother Anna (Hubert) Fridge of Walnut, IL; one sister Michelle Lavender of Chicago, IL; one brother Craig Heaton of Walnut, IL; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father. Cremation rites were accorded. A time of sharing will be held on Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Garland Funeral Home in Walnut. A memorial service will be conducted at 5 p.m. on Saturday at the Garland Funeral Home with the Rev. Eldon Cook, pastor of the Walnut Community Bible Church, officiating. A memorial has been established in his memory.
