Jason Ryan Bolin, 38, of Wyanet, died on Monday, April 3, 2023, at his home. Jason was born on February 27, 1985, in Battle Creek, MI, the son of Ray and Linette (Rombout) Bolin. He was a proud veteran of the US Army and remained involved in supporting his fellow soldiers. Jason was a graduate of Bureau Valley High School and Nashville Auto Diesel College. He was employed with Porter Brothers. Jason enjoyed grilling outdoors and even dreamed of opening his own BBQ business. His pride and joy were his children. Jason will be remembered as a wonderful father.
Survivors include his daughters, Lillie May Fargher, and Rosalie Marie Bolin; his parents, Ray (Linette) Bolin, of Wyanet; one sister, Elizabeth (Jerad) Klingenberg; nieces and nephew, Kelsea, Jadeyn, and Brysen Klingenberg, all of Princeton; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jason was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gus and Gladys Rombout; and paternal grandparents, Bill and Donna Bolin. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00am on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Garland Funeral Home in Walnut. Funeral service will follow at 11:00am, with Pastor Derek Boggs officiating. Burial will conclude with military honors at Manlius Cemetery.
