Joyce E. Fisher

Joyce Fisher, 91, was called home by her Lord on October 21, 2025.

Joyce was the dear mother of Paul Fisher; Carol (Michael) Clark; Nancy (Donald) Sullivan; Janet (Mike) Diehl; devoted grandmother of Shane Fisher; Daniel, Timothy and Andrew Clark; Christine (Trent) Davis and Margaret Sullivan; Kyle (Robyn) Householder, Mitchell Householder and Kevin Diehl; loving great-grandmother of Adalyn and Eleanor Householder; Elizabeth and Isabella Davis.

Joyce was predeceased by her father and mother, Everett and Viona (Bullington) Larson, by Jack, her cherished husband of 69 years; and brothers Donald and Franklyn Larson.

Joyce worked for many years as a Library Technical Assistant at Wheaton College in Illinois before moving to Roswell. She enjoyed sharing her sewing talents with others, putting together jigsaw puzzles, and was a member of the Silver Chords music group who brought uplifting music to local retirement homes and churches in the area.

A graveside service will be held on November 10, 2025 at 11:00AM at Walnut Cemetery in Walnut, Illinois where Joyce will be interred. Arrangements entrusted to Garland Funeral Home.
