Judy A. Popp, 70, of Ohio, died on Sunday, March 3, 2024, at OSF Saint Clare Medical Center of Princeton.
She was born on July 16, 1953, in St. Joseph, Michigan, the daughter of Jack and Enid (Crouch) Oswald. She married Alvin Popp on March 8, 1969, in St. Louis, Missouri. Judy was a loving wife of 55 years to her husband, Alvin. She was a caring mother and grandmother. Judy had an open-door policy to her home and was a mother to all who came into her care. She had a beautiful and kind heart and soul; she was beautiful inside and out. She had a warrior spirit and was a true fighter. She will be missed dearly by all who loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Alvin Popp of Ohio; two daughters, Donna (Angela Lawrence) Popp of Ohio, Kendyl Marie (Kenneth) Dimmig of Ohio; two sons, Jackie (Tanya) Popp of Ohio, Aaron Popp of Dixon; one sister, Patricia Hall of Geneva, AL; five grandchildren, Hayley (Issac Byrd) Popp of La Moille, Clayton Vaughan of Aurora, IL, Devin (Ana) Hix of Conroe, TX, Ryan Lawrence of Ohio, Kayla (Jarrett) Freeman of Ohio; two great-grandchildren, Rosalie Bolin and Adyson Rae Quinn both of Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Sandra Kay Gonzalez; one brother, Roger Oswald.
There will be no services at this time. Cremation rites have been accorded.
