Margo Jean Jilderda

Margo Jean Jilderda, 78, of Ohio, died on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at her home. Margo was born on May 2, 1943 in Clinton, IA, the daughter of Gerald and Marguerite (Lahey) Scudder. She married Miner Jilderda on October 13, 1962 in Fulton. He predeceased her on May 24, 2010. Margo enjoyed traveling, was an avid reader, and loved to crochet.

Survivors include one daughter, Julie (Randy) Berghammer of Markesan, WI; one son, Jeff (Kay) Jilderda of Ohio; two grandchildren, James Berghammer of Beaver Dam, WI, and Tiffany (Cody) Jilderda of Wyanet;  one great grandchild on the way, Jammie Lynn; step granddaughter, Nicole Chasteen; and step great grandson Terry Lee Farran.

Margo was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and two grandsons, Justin Carl and Jordan Miner Berghammer.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:30am on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Garland Funeral Home, 14733 IL Route 92, Walnut, IL. Funeral service will follow at 11:30am. Burial will conclude at Adams-Daggert Cemetery in Mt. Carroll. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
